Good luck finding what you need. Now it's neat and organized — everything in its place and a place for everything. The secret: We created assigned parking spaces for equipment with color- coded tape on the floor and for supplies with color-coded signs on the wall. Pulling cases is so much easier now that staff can go to just one place in the storage room to get everything they need rather than having to spend time poking around.
