W e customized stamps at a local office supply retailer. On the day of surgery, we place the stamps on patients' H&Ps, lab specimen sheets and pathology reports. The stamps serve as visual reminders for surgeons to sign and date the documents, and help us easily confirm that regulatory requirements pertaining to physicians reviewing appropriate documents and clinical tests have been met.
