I recommend building these 5 recommendations into your protocols.
That would mean, for example, an exception would be required to
administer antibiotics after surgery — someone would have to actively
seek approval to do the opposite of what's recommended. That's how
you make it easier for people to let go of bad practices and embrace
good ones.
