and unused, expired supplies into the hands of healthcare providers
via third-party organizations for beneficial reuse engages facilities in
global health. Rather than disposing of unneeded items through the
waste stream, many facilities explore options for reuse through sur-
plus resale or charitable donations to organizations in the community
