tion) 0.2 mg/vial, Kit for Ophthalmic Use, the only FDA-approved ophthalmic formula-

The Center for Medicare Services provides an Outpatient Prospective Payment System
Payment Indicator "K2" for the code J7315 Mitosol® (mitomycin for solution) Kit for
Ophthalmic Use, allowing payment for entities billing under OPPS, including ASCs
and hospitals. This code cannot be used to reimburse compounded mitomycin.

THE EXTRAGLOTTIC TUBE
VBM's G-LT Extraglottic Tube features two individual ventilation &
endoscopy lumens for obtaining and maintaining control of the airway
during gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures.
The G-LT is designed for medium to long-term complex gastrointestinal
endoscopic procedures performed on adults under deep sedation or gen-
eral anaesthesia while maintaining spontaneous or assisted ventilation.
The G-LT can also be used for performing short term or minor duodenal
and oesophageal gastric endoscopies whenever the patient has particu-
lar high risk factors or refuses conscious sedation/anxiolysis and asks for
deep sedation or anaesthesia, or whenever there are specific indications.
