approved codes in an ambulatory surgical center until CMS adds sec-
ondary codes that are used in conjunction with the primary ones to the
ASC payable list. Unfortunately, CMS's 2016 payment rule, released ear-
lier this month, didn't include any of the spine codes ASCA requested.
We hope that CMS includes additional payable spine codes in future
