Instead of being swallowed up by large crowds rushing from one session to the next, ORX has an intimate number of attendees and vendors — typically between 350 and 500 attendees and 60 to 80 vendors — making it easy to meet and mingle. "You always enjoy the session and take so many little tidbits away that you can share back at your center or improve on." • Lunch and OR Excellence Awards. Chit-chat with colleagues and see the best of the best in surgical management at our annual OR Excellence Awards luncheon on Thursday. The luncheon, as well as Martini Madness and wine tasting, are included in your conference fee. "I have found that conversations start by sitting at a lunch table with new friendly faces and just sharing where we come from," says Ms. Ferguson.
