In an effort to increase patient satisfaction scores and aid in the recovery process, the MySDC3 App provides the physician with an interactive tool that encourages post- op interaction with patients, families, residents and fellows. When the physician meets with the patient and family in PACU after surgery, they can incorporate a digital reference tool to help guide their post- op discussion and watch the patient's HD surgical footage, highlight anatomy and annotate images directly from their iPad. To further enhance the patient's experience beyond the hospital and into the patient's home, the App allows surgeons to record a video to talk through the results and advise the best route to recovery. SDC3 INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Stryker's 7th generation digital capture device, the SDC3, is an innovative and intuitive data manage- ment solution for the OR. The SDC3 captures and records HD images and videos during endoscopic procedures with advanced features, such as dual- capture capability, 1080p high definition recording, and a 1 TB internal archive. To improve workflow efficiency, the SDC3 allows more control than ever with the device control package. Surgeons and the sterile team can now control devices from the sterile field, and non-sterile team members can quickly control consoles from across the room. The SDC3 also acts as a solution for data connec- tivity after the surgical procedure by streamlining post-op media processes through integration with PACS, EMRs or Studio3. Physicians can also easily save media to a USB, CD/DVD, hospital network, iPad or Studio3. SYNK WIRELESS PLATFORM The SYNK Wireless Platform utilizes advancements in WHDI technology to enable a safer, more efficient OR. The SYNK Transmitter wirelessly transmits uncompressed, 1080p HD video signals across the OR on up to three VisionPro SYNK 26" LED Displays. While eliminating the hassles and hazards associated with long video cables across the floor, SYNK provides more WiFi channel avail- ability, high-signal consistency, and an overall better coex- istence with other wireless systems. SYNK is also customizable to adapt to your current set up or sustain the needs of your future surgical suite. Avoid inter- ference with hospital wireless and phone systems through SYNK's custom channel selection. Also, expand the safety and efficiency benefits of wireless with SYNK's dual-chan- nel functionality to enable wireless transmission of a sec- ond Stryker or Non-Stryker video signal in the OR, GI Lab, Cath Lab, CVOR and throughout your facility.
