NO SLIP, GOOD GRIP
Why I Wear Swimming Shoes in the OR
E
ven with
booties,
sneakers
can get stained in
the OR and often
provide little
traction.
Swimming shoes,
like the ones I
wear by Cudas,
are comfortable,
washable, breath-
able and come in
a variety of colors. The gripped soles keep you from sliding during
surgery and I like the great traction they have when using foot pedals.
The best part? Once you're done for the day they can be tossed in the
washing machine for cleanup.

WASHABLE, WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR Rubber-soled footwear,
like Cudas swimming shoes, are a great option for the OR.
