t our hospital, we place infusion and patient identification
labels on all IV solutions we administer. When the IV solution
is discontinued, we must remove the patient identification
label and place it in the shredder for HIPAA reasons. Here are 2 ways
to easily remove that label from the IV bag.

Fold blank label in half.
