smoke plume evacuator is designed to be ultra-quiet, requires minimal train-
ing, and has a port closure design that reduces the risk that staff will come
into contact with a contaminated port while inserting or removing acces-
sories, or cleaning the unit. Just lay it flat on a surgical boom. Its isolation
feet don't require hard attachment and it's designed to accommodate stack-
ing.

BREATHE EASY The VisiClear
smoke evacuator has 3 surgical
modes: open tubing, laparoscop-
ic, and electrosurgical pencil.
' It has the largest gantry opening
on the market, but the gantry is
slim, and the Airo Mobile
Intraoperative CT by BrainLab has
a small footprint. With user-friendly
control software, the device can
easily be moved from OR to OR by
just one person, with help from a
front-view safety camera that dis-
plays any obstacles in its path. In
the OR, the scan volume of D 50 x
100cm lets surgeons image the
entire spine in a single scan. Imaging and dose display can be programmed
from a detachable and user-friendly touchscreen, and a variety of setups
accommodate cranial, spine and trauma cases. OSM
