Page 22 IDEAS That Work AT-A-GLANCE Exam Room Flags *********************** GREEN MEANS GO Exam room flags keep staff informed. *********************** Hang exam room flags outside each pre-operative bay. It's an easy way for all to see where the patient is in the process. Each of the 6 flag colors can indicate whatever you'd like.
