Page 16 IDEAS That Work ROTATE YOUR SUPPLIES Sticky Notes Highlight Soon-to-Outdate Items We flag any surgical supplies that are soon to outdate — and the shelves they're sitting on — by putting sticky notes on them. This makes them very visible, and your staff won't have to spend as much time going through the shelves to look for them. As a result, we're sure to catch them before the state inspection surveyors. During their last visit, the surveyors took note of the stickies, mentioning how much they appreciated that we were conscientious about our items' expiration dates.
