This Cool Device Enables Meniscal Repairs At
Warp Speed
Meniscal repairs are incredibly efficient and fast with the
Meniscal Cinch II all-inside meniscal repair implant delivery
system from Arthrex. First use the device's handy laser
markings to measure meniscal thickness. Then insert the first
anchor, back out, insert the second anchor alongside the first,
then push the pre-tied knot with the knot pusher to tension the
2-0 FiberWire suture. Snip the suture and the procedure's
done. The needle tip is designed to be as atraumatic to the
meniscus as possible, delivering reduced tissue tearing during
implantation and leaving only small, clean perforations.
