Worth the Wait
The facility's waiting room features a stunning 2-story stone wall and
floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the area in natural light. We want-
ed the expansive and inviting space to have a "wow factor" that sent a
powerful and important message to patients: You'll receive the highest
quality of care while undergoing complex joint procedures in our cen-
ter. Round-top tables sit near a 70-inch flat screen television in a café-
style hangout where friends and family members can grab a quick bite
or pop open a laptop. A smaller wall-mounted monitor displays the
current status of patients in a HIPAA-compliant code, so family mem-
