We want- ed the expansive and inviting space to have a "wow factor" that sent a powerful and important message to patients: You'll receive the highest quality of care while undergoing complex joint procedures in our cen- ter. Round-top tables sit near a 70-inch flat screen television in a café- style hangout where friends and family members can grab a quick bite or pop open a laptop.
