Set Yourself Up For Accreditation Success
With This Seminar
Give yourself a better chance to ace your AAAHC survey—
sign up for an AAAHC Achieving Accreditation seminar.
Led by veteran surveyors, this two-day event starts with a
comprehensive review of how to meet core standards. You'll
then break into groups and explore how to turn data into
meaningful changes. Spend day two learning about adjunct
standards and attending your choice of elective sessions.
Achieving Accreditation is perfect for ASCs new to AAAHC,
individuals assigned to the re-accreditation process and
anyone looking for a refresher.

These Toolkits Help You Keep Patients Safe
Make the care you provide the best it can be with the help of
Patient Safety Toolkits from the Accreditation Association for
Ambulatory Health Care's Institute for Quality Improvement.
They provide guidelines for identifying and avoiding pitfalls in
ambulatory surgery. Each toolkit includes a description of the
issue, review of literature, sample forms and other resources.
Safe injection practices, credentialing and privileging and peer
review are just some of the topics receiving their own toolkit.

No "Gotchas" With This Accreditation
Organization
Get consultation and collaboration—not condemnation—
with accreditation services from HFAP. A CMS deemed status
surveyor since 1965, HFAP provides accreditation to all ASCs,
office-based surgical practices, hospitals and many other
types of facilities. Standards are easy to understand; most
requirements are cross-walked to corresponding Conditions
for Coverage/Medicare Conditions of Participation. Success
is based on the ability to correct deficiencies—the discovery
of issues during a survey won't jeopardize accreditation.
Surveyors are experienced professionals eager to help
address shortcomings and improve performance. When
switching to HFAP, staff will work to ensure you experience no
interruption in accreditation and reimbursement.
