Reduce Leaks and Bleeding Along the Staple Line
Gore Seamguard Reinforcement has been strengthening the staple
line for 15 years, reducing post-operative leaks and inhibiting bleed-
ing in a variety of laparoscopic weight-loss procedures by redistribut-
ing the pressure exerted by an individual staple over a wider surface
area. The synthetic buttressing material is biodegradable and
